President Bola Tinubu on Friday made three major appointments.
He appointed the outgoing Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, as his Chief of Staff, former Deputy Governor of Jigawa State, Senator Ibrahim Hadejia, as Deputy Chief of Staff and former Minister of Special Duties, George Akume, as Secretary to the Government of the Federation.
The appointments were announced in a statement signed by the State House Director of Information, Abiodun Oladunjoye.
The statement titled: ‘President Tinubu appoints Gbajabiamila, COS; Senator Ibrahim Hadejia, DCOS and George Akume, SGF.’
The statement revealed that President Tinubu made the appointments after a meeting with Progressives Governors Forum.
