An Abuja-based 25-year old hairdresser, Mirabel Ladi Agada Abraham, who was declared missing by her family, has been found dead.
The deceased’s mutilated body was reportedly dumped along Gwarinpa Road, weeks after she had been declared missing.
She was said to have marks of stabbing all over her body.
According to a Facebook page of Davidson Malison, Mirabel got missing after paying a visit to a man she met on the internet.
Davidson said the deceased, an indigene of Kogi State but resident in the FCT, went to meet the man in an unknown location but never returned.
He wrote: “Mirabel Abraham, a 25-year old lady who hails from Kogi State, resident in Abuja, attended the Kaduna Polytechnic and was working at a salon in Abuja until her demise.
“The late young lady left her work place to unknown location, to see a man she met on the internet, only to be declared missing for weeks and her dead body found eventually.”
Another Facebook user, Abdullahi Haruna, said: “Mirabel , a graduate of the Kaduna Polytechnic working at a hair salon, was declared missing on April 7, after she left her place of work at Gwarinpa but never reached home.
“Her mutilated body was found dumped along Gwarinpa Road weeks later. She had been brutally stabbed. She was laid to rest on Sunday, April 23, in her hometown, Igah Ocheba in Olamaboro Local Government Area of Kogi State.
“This world is filled with thorns of evil disguised as pebbles of petals. Nowhere is safe as no one is also safe – predators live among and with us. The watchword is to be watchful.”
