A Ghanian man’s video clip, renouncing Islam to protest stoning to death and burning of a female student of Shehu Shagari College of Education, Sokoto, Deborah Samuel, by her fellow mates over an alleged blasphemy, has gone viral.
The man, whose face was not shown but only spoke with a Ghanian accent, in the 2.26-minute video, said he and his family have dumped Islam for Christianity because of the incident.
To prove that he was truly formerly a Moslem, he spoke both Arabic and Hausa languages fluently in the short video with a massive mosque building in the background.
He claimed to be walking out from the church with his family to worship.
He used fowl words against Islam and Prophet Mohammad and the Prophet’s parents, saying nothing could justify the murderous and grusome killing.
His words in anger: “Muslims in Ghana I want to tell you something. I attended church service because of the girl, Muslims killed in Nigeria. Muslims are speaking as if the killing was the best decision. If your allah can not defend himself, you are defending allah.
“Me and my family will never pray as Muslims again, never. I just came out from the church. I got to the church to pray because of how the Muslims kill the innocent girl because of Mohammed.
“So, because of that, I am a Moslem, I can read any word for you in Quoran. I read all, I know what is in Quoran. But I don’t pray no more, I don’t go to mosque no more. Me and my family we are Christians now. We just finished from the church and we are going home.
“I want to tell any Moslem in Ghana, Nigeria, this religion, we have to kick out of this religion in our country. Arab-speaking and Arab-writing is not in African language. We don’t need the Arab people to control us in our land.
“If they can kill some innocent woman because she talked anything because of Mohammed, f*ck Mohammed, f*ck Allah, f*ck Quoran, f*ck everybody. Me, I don’t follow Mohammed, I want to follow Yisa now. I don’t want to follow any Mohammed again, f*ck Moslems, f*ck all this religion, f*ck you all……”
