Buhari’s critic, Femi Fani-Kayode, dumps PDP for APC

President Mohammadu Buhari’s ardent critic and former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, has finally dumped his former People’s Democratic Party (PDP) for the ruling All Progressives Congress.

His defection on Thursday ended the speculations about his joining the ruling APC.

He was led to meet President Mohammadu Buhari in Aso Rock bills, Abuja by the national chairman of the APC, who also doubles as governor of Yobe State, Mai Mala Buni.

Also, the Secretary to the Federal Government, Boss Mustapha, and the Zamfara State governor, Bello Matawalle, who recently defected from the PDP to APC, were among those, that accompanied Fani-Kayode to the Presidential Villa.

Fani-Kayode was a member of the APC at inception in 2014 but joined the the PDP to be the publicity campaign director of former President Goodluck Jonathan.

His body language recently and his association with some chieftains of APC, including Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello, have indicated his crossing over to the party.

Fani-Kayode has also become significantly less feasbible.among critics of Mohammadu Buhari’s adminstration and the APC.
