Breaking: Olufon of Ifon-Orolu, Oba Almoroof Adekunle Magbagbeola, has passed away



The Olufon of Ifon in Orolu Local Government Area of Osun State, Oba Almorouf Adekunle Magbagbeola, Olumoyero II, has passed away.

The first class traditional ruler reportedly joined his ancestors on Monday after a brief illness.

The late monarch, who was installed the Olufon in 2007, died at a private hospital at the age of 61.

Details about his death and nature of his sickness are unknown as at the time of filing this report.

Though the palace chiefs did not confirm the monarch’s death, they all wore mournful look and were in pensive mood when our correspondent visited Ifon on Tuesday evening.
