Armed gang sets truck with cows on fire in Anambra

An armed gang has set a truck with several cows inside it on fire at Uga, Aguata Council Area of Anambra State.

The truck was said to be conveying the cows on Sunday to the market when the men armed with assault rifles and explosive devises and petrol attacked the truck and burnt it.

The truck driver and traders taking the cows to the market were reportedly injured in the attack.

The police is yet to comment on the incident.
